Made-to-Order Products: All products available on Hey Kiki are made-to-order based on your selections. This means each item is uniquely created upon your order.

Availability: Order fulfillment is subject to the availability of materials. In the rare event that a product cannot be made, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Due to the nature of made-to-order products, please review your order carefully before submitting. Changes or cancellations after the order has been processed may not be possible.

Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include order details, so please review it for accuracy


7. Refunds and Returns

Return Policy: Given the custom nature of our made-to-order products, returns can only be accepted in cases of damaged or defective items.

Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund Eligibility: Upon verification of damage or defect, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned due to their custom nature. This includes issues related to size, color, or design preferences.

Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


8. Shipping and Delivery
-All our delivery times are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. We cannot make delivery date guarantees. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Domestic Shipping Policy: We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and overseas military installations.

Future Expansion: We're constantly exploring ways to expand our reach. Keep an eye out for updates as we grow and aim to include more shipping destinations in the future.
