REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Return Policy: Given the custom nature of our made-to-order products, returns can only be accepted in cases of damaged or defective items.

Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund Eligibility: Upon verification of damage or

defect, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned due to their custom nature. This includes issues related to size, color, or design preferences.

Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All our delivery times are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. We cannot make delivery date guarantees. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Domestic Shipping Policy: We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and overseas military installations.
